Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing to you complain about a personal stereo I ordered from your Internet shop on 1st April, 2010. Unfortunately, it did not work properly from the begining.
First og all, when I took it out of the box, I found that there were no instructions although they should have been inclided in the set. Then it turned out that the "Play" button does not work properly, so in fact, I cannot use my personal stereo at all.
I can assure you that I not to blame for what happened, as I used the personal stereo in the properly way and I did not try to repair the equipment.
You can imagine how disapointed I am and that is why I demand a quick replacement.

I am writing to complain about mobile phone, which I bought from you. I bought 2 months ago. I needed this phone about for my child's birthday, which was a month ago. Unfortunately the package arrived only yesterday. This phone was not securely packed. The box was opened. When I took out my phone, it turned out that this is not the model and the screen was broken. In this situation I am afraid I must ask to new phone and I ask for a quick settlement of the case. I hope to hear from you soon.
