Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to complain about a cassette player which I purchased from your shop. 

When I used the player for the first time it worked properly and I was very happy, that I could listen to my favourite music. What is more, my friend used it the second time and when he turned it on, the display didn't work.

Furthermore, when I wanted to dance with my girlfriend and listen to music, the same thing happened. In addition to this, the cassette stuttered very often and we had to turn the player off so that it could work properly.I wish to inform you that one of the loadspeaker was damaged last week.

As a regular customer of yours, I feel disappointed with buying it. I assume you will replace the cassette player as it is obviously damaged. I hope the matter will be resolved promptly.
