Dear Sir or Madam
I am writing to complain about a mobile phone that I bought from ypur shop on 20th January 2012. This is a latest model of Nokia. It is called Nokia C5.
I read that it is a very good phone, whitch no defect. When it recived this gadget I noticed that the display is broken. There are only two colours, white and black. Futhermore, charger is not working so I cannot charge a battery. I was writing email, but I do not recive answer.
I am returning the mobile phone to you with this letter. I would be grateful if you repaired the fault. If it is not possible, could you please send me a new one.

I am writting to report a foult with the new Mp3 player that I bought from your web site on 23th December.I wrote an e-mail, but did not receive a response from you.
It sometimes shuts down or, but less it stop in the middle of a track. I have to turn the Mp3 player off and then turn it on again.
I am returning the Mp3 player to you with this letter and enclosing the receipt. Could you please repait the foult as soon as possible or if it is not could you send me a new Mp3 player?
