I am writting to complain about the computer I bought in your shop. I cannot switch on, so It does not work.
I bought it 10 days ago. It was a surpriece for my child. When we wanted to switch on the computer It did not work. We checked the battery but everything was correctly.
I was very disappointed because your employee had assured me that it was a high quality equipment. What is more, I had to wait for it for about a week and non of your employees contacted me to give some information concerning the order. They did not answer my emails and phone calls.
As compensation I want a full refund or a new computer at once. I would like to know when you will be able to come to your decision. If again you will not answer my calls or emails I will contact my lawyer.

Hopkins road in London, but I can see that the battery was already in the phone (which means someone was already using it). To make matters worse, there are big scratches on the back cover, making the device completely unuseble! Taking into consideration all the trouble I experienced, I hope I can expect a refund. The best solution for me would be changing the damaged smartphone into a new one. Unless satisfactory compensation is offered I can't be your client anymore. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
