Dear Mayor of London,  

We have been approached by the city centre inhabitants with complaints on the congestion of local roads and the pollution of environment caused by the traffic. 

We have thought of a few solutions to this problem and we would like you to take action.   We suggest that the city builds a highway to relieve the traffic on local roads. We would like to see more police force on the roads to control the state of the vehicles on the roads and to fine the drivers who litter the roads.

Dear Mayor In the centre of our town cars drive on local roads and contaminate natural environment. The solution of this problem may be to bar cars drive-in entry these local roads and build new motorway. Please examine our application. Yours faithfuly, Residents of the town
