Leonardo da Vinci urodził się we Włoszech w 1452r. Poszedł do szkoły ale chciał się nauczyć więcej więc uczył się sam z ksiązek ojca. W wieku 13 lat był już utalentowanym artystą. Kiedy miał 15 lat został uczniem w pracowni artysty Andrea del Verrocchio, w miejscu gdzie nauczył się o farbach, kolorach i technice. Verrocchio wkrótce zobaczył że talent młodego mężczyzny był niezwykły. Leonardo był niezwykły także w innych dziedzinach. Na przykład pisał lewą ręką. w XV w. ludzie leworęczni byli często zmuszani do używania prawej ręki ponieważ było to bardziej normalne. Ale Leonardo nigdy tego nie zmienił. Pisał także od tyłu , więc potrzebujesz lustra by odczytać jego notatki. Kochał zwierzęta i był wegetarianinem, co nie było powszechne w jego czasach. Kupował także zwierzęta na targach i następnie otwierał ich klatki, więc mogły uciec. Na jego obrazie ,,The Last Supper" nie ma na stole żadnego mięsa, tylko chleb i owoce. Leonardo był więcej niż tylko świetnym artystą. Interesował się nauką, anatomia, inżynieria, matematyką i muzyka. Nosił wszędzie pióro i papier , a jego notesy zawierały tysiące rysunków i obserwacji. Na 13 tys stron notatek które przetrwały, znajdują sie rysunki i opisy czołgów, maszyn, spadochronu, helikoptera, a także koncepcje na inne wynalazki tj. energia słoneczka czy kombinezon do nurkowania. Wynalazki te nie zostały wykonane w jego czasach przez limity w technologii i materiałach. Leonardo był geniuszem z myślą, która wyprzedzała jego czasy. Leonardo Da vinci was born in Italy in 1452. He went to the school, but he wanted to study more, so he studied on his own from his father's books. In the age of 13 he was talented artist. When he was 15 , he became a student in the artist's studio, Andrea del Verrocchio, the place where he lernt about  paints, colors and technique. Soon Verrocchio saw, that young's man talent was extraordinary. Leonardo was extraordinary also in other areas. For instance he wrote his left hand, in XV century people left-handed were very often forced to use right hand, because it was more ordinary. But Leonardo never changed it. Also he wrote from behind, so people needed mirrors to read his notes. He loved animals and he was vegetarian, what wasn't common in his day. He bought also animals on markets and after that, he opened their cages, so they could go away. On his paint "The Last Supper" there isn't any meat, only bread and fruits. Leonardo was more than only great artist. He was interested in science, anatomy, engineering, maths and music. He alwyas had a pen and paper, and his notebook contained thousands of pictures and observations. On 13 thousands notes, which survied, thre are picures and descriptions of tanks, machines, parachute, helicopters, and also conceptions on other inventions e.g solar energy or scuba diving suit. These inventions weren't made in his ages by the limits of technology and materials. Leonardo was genius with a idea, which ahead his times. Famous psychologist Sigmund Freud said " Leonardo da vinci was like man which woke up too early in the dark, where everyone were asleep".
