Para leer el reloj entre el ingles americano y britanico si bien hay algunas diferencias ambas son validas, te escribo en algunos casos las diferencias,  primero americano / despues britanico. separados por la barra /.

1. Ten minutes to seven
2.  Ten minutes to eleven
3. one and twenty / twenty minuts past one
4. fifteen minuts to eleven o a quarter to eleven
5. five and ten minutes /ten minutes past five
6. two and thirty minutes  o  two hours and a half / two hours and thirty minutes half past.
7. four hours and thirty minutes / four hours and thirty minutes half past.
8. fifteen minutes to eight - a quarter to eight.
9. five minutes to ten - Nine fifty five.
10. ten hours and sixteen minutes / sixteen minutes past ten
11. twelve hours  and eleven minutes / eleven minutes past twelve.
12. seven hours and five minutes / five minutes past seven.
13. five minutes to six o five fifty five.
