on the other hand, outlet store is place or a retail establishment selling items to the public and a departamental store is something like a place from which goods are sold or distributed.

I guess, to me this si the difference between of them, Shopping center
an area or complex of stores with parking, - - - Anddd shopping mall is a large building or series of connected buildings containing a variety of retail stores and typically also restaurants.
