Hi XYZ,

There's a garage sale at my friend house on Monday! It's from 4.00 to 6.00.

We have got lots of things for sale! There are backpacks, table and cabinets. My friend's paretns want to sell wardrobe too, three mixers, jewelry and a big mirror.

I've got a lot off my oldvstuff. There are some books for school, pencil cases and some clothes which are small on me. I hope someone buys them!

Can you come to my friend's house and help us to sell something on Monday? I heve to help my mom with work and study to important exams before the sale. Cane you come at about 3.00?
