Jawaban/answer: The answers must be written on the answer sheet (must write = active, passive = must be written).
Passive for present simple: modal (optional; i.e. must, should, etc.) + be/is/am/are (be is used only if there is a preceding modal (if there is a modal before the be/is/am/are) + V3 (past participle)). The phrase regarding the person who does it (by you, by him, etc.) is not a must/compulsory.
