f'(x) = {1(3x + 2) - 3(x - 3)}/(3x + 2)²
f'(x) = (3x + 2 - 3x + 9)/(3x + 2)²
f'(x) = 11/(3x + 2)²
f'(-1) = 11/{3(-1) + 2}²
f'(-1) = 11/(-3 + 2)²
f'(-1) = 11/(-1)² = 11/1 = 11
