x + 2z = 1 ...........persamaan 3

persamaan 1 dan 2 :
2x + y = 11.... y = 11 - 2x
3y - z = 5
3(11 - 2x) - z = 5
33 - 6x - z = 5
- z = 6x - 33 + 5
-z = 6x - 28
z =  - 6x + 28......... persamaan 4

subtitusi persamaan 4 ke persamaan 2.
x + 2z = 1
x + 2( - 6x + 28) = 1
x - 12x + 56 = 1
-11x = -56 + 1
- 11x = -55
x = 5

cari nilai y melalui persamaan 1 :
2x + y = 11
2. 5 + y = 11
10 + y = 11
y = 11 - 10
y = 1

cari nilai z  melalui persamaan 2 :
3y - z = 5
3.1 - z = 5
3 - z = 5
-z = 5 - 3
z = - 2

jadi (x,y,z) = (5, 1, -2)
x - y + z = 5 - 1 + (-2) = 4 - 2 = 2
