f(x+2) = 3 ^(x+2) = 3² . 3^x = 9. 3^x

f(x+3) - f(x+2) / f(x+2)
= 27.3^x - 9 . 3^x / 9.3^x
= (27-9) . 3^x / 9.3^x
= 18.3^x / 9.x^x
= 18/9
= 2
