If I were you, I would choose picture 1 for your blog's main page. You said your idea was to promote new styles in fashion, unusual and modern outfits, and give advice to young people. The first picture shows two young people who are stylish, relaxed, and free. The boy looks laid-back, whereas the girl appears to be very energetic. I think this is what your target audience should be, so they could identify with the people in the picture. I don't like picture 2 because it's just to simple and a little bit dull. When you say "fashion", everyone will think of a catwalk. You don't want to sound like everyone, you want something different that will make you special! Picture 3 is not bad, and maybe you can use it sometime later, but I don't think it is good for the main page. It's about everyday shopping. You want to be more creative than that! I hope it helps.
