I am so happy to hear that you would like to improve your physical condition. Here are my ideas about how you can do it. First, of all, you should get enough sleep. If you are sleepy and tired, it's harder to control what and how much you eat. Second, never eat at fast food restaurants, such as McDonald's, because the food has many harmful artificial ingredients. Third, stop drinking anything except for water and unsweetened tea or coffee. Other drinks have either chemicals or sugar or fat in them, which is unhealthy. Finally, start exercising. I think swimming is the best form of exercise. It is not hard on the body and it burns a lot of calories.
