thanks for your letter. It was good to hear from you. Sorry I haven`t written for so long. I was very busy. It will never happen again.
I`m writing to you, because I`m glad that you want to change your lifestyle. I think you should take example for me. Do you want to know what I am doing to keep fit? I run every morning. I go to the pool every weekend. I ride a bike, usually when is summer or spring. I have advice for you. If you don`t like swimming or running, you can work out in the gym. Besides I eat healthy food. And you should do it too. You have to cut down on candies, coffe and cola. You should avoid fast foods, because it is junk food. The good idea is eating fruits and vegetables. You should drink a lot of water and fresh juice. If you have a juicer, you can prepare juice alone. You need onlyvegetables orfruits.Ioftendrink juice ofcarrots. What do you think about it?
