Sorry I haven't written for a long time but I've been very busy since September. How long have I been here in the USA? About two months now. The family I'm staying with are great especially their daughter, Kim.
Let me tell you about South Dakota where I'm living. People think of skyscrapers when they think of the USA, but this area is totally different. Kim's family live on a farm so there's a nice river, a wood and big fields. Kim and her family have lived here since 1995 and they love it. The distances are enormous so you need a car and you can drive when you're 14! Kim has had her driving licence for two years and she's only 16 now!
School is interesting. The classes aren't very difficult and there are hundreds of extra - curricular activites. I've been in the basketball club for three weeks. I'm the worst in the team but I've made lots of friends.
I have to go now because it's time for basketball. I promise I'll write again soon.
