For me is probaly 30 legs or 62 Legs 0r 54 Legs
cuz, 
First, me, I have 2 Legs
Then, The Bed Have 4 Legs
Next, They are 2 dogs is meant = 2 x 4 = 8 legs
4 cats = 4 x 4 = 16 legs
a giraffe means one = 1 x 4 = 4 legs
5 cows = 5 x 4 = 20 legs
a duck means 1 duck = 1 x 2 = 2 legs
3 chickens = 3 x 2 = 6 legs

First , Why I'm Answering 30 at First Time
I have 2 legs , 4 bed legs, And it's say 2 dogs & 4 cats, I think the bed still stand , A Giraffe It's Probbaly Imposible so Giraffe Down Means 4 legs. 5 cows, They can't be in the bed , the bed must be broke as well. so cows down it's mean 20 legs down. a duck probaly still can in the bed so the duck still on the bed. next, 3 chickens , they can't fly you dumb , so, they on the probally the bed can stand. So, The Results is 2 + 4 + 4 + 20 = 30

Second Why I'm Answering 62 At Second Time 
I Have 2 Legs, 4 Beds Legs, And it's say 2 dogs & 4 cats, 
dogs and cats can't be together cuz they will fghting then Cats & Dogs Down. 
Giraffe Down Like i said first. cows down too, duck stiill in the bed,  like i said first Chickens Can't Flying so they still in the bed. They aybe Fighting Each other so they all downs then all the result is 62
