1* In my opinion diet is very important to weight lost, however it is not the key. If you want to be fit you have to exercise. There is no way that you culd burn a fat without any sport. Of course, having an invidual "menu" with natural and balanced ingredients, avoiding junk food is a great, but if you want a better result you should take up a sport. Do what you like and try to do it regularly. Then I'm sure you will notice that your body is getting slimer and you'll feel much better.
2* Stress is determinal to our health because it affects every part of our body. Both physical and mental parts of our body are damaged by stress. The heart is beating faster, hands are shaking - its very tiring and we lost a lot of energy. It's also because we are worrying and keep thinking about it. Everyone has a differend method of releasing the stress. For me it is the best to go for a run with my music on ears. 30 minutes of running in a forest or a park makes my mind clear and stressless. Then I always find a solution and don't thnik of a problem anymore.
