By 1999 popularity on PCs was enormous. I think that from this time, popularity of TV has been slowly decreasing. Now, people are inventing more gadgets, but not all of them are useful. Human is able to create almost everything what he think of. Even if now something is impossible to do, in the future it will be normal.
