On 2 October, 2012 I bought a laptop computer (Dell XPS M1210) from your website. I received it two days later by Polish mail. When it arrived, the screen was damaged. There was a crack in the upper left hand corner. Maybe it got damaged during shipping or maybe it broke during production, but when I opened the box, it was already damaged. I have not turned on the computer because I did not want to touch it myself.
I would like to return this item and receive a new, flawless laptop. Also, I would like you to pay for postage because it is not my fault that the computer is damaged. I need the laptop very soon, so please send the new computer as soon as possible.
