No, we can't change the sentence "i went to the beach last week" into passive form because this sentence contains intransitive verb , the verb "went" doesn't need an object. Passive voice can change active voice if the sentence contains transitive verb and the object .

The word "I" as the subject
The word "went" as the verb ( past tense form )
The word "to" as the preposition ( to connect other parts of speech)
The word "the beach" as the adverb of place ( it explains its verb "where did you go")
