How to Make Our Fat Feet Thinner

Having a fat feet can decrease our confidence since it makes our body doesn't look proportional. However, we can make our fat feet thinner by doing several exercise. Here are exercises we can do to thin our fat feet:

1. HIIT
HIIT is an abbreviation of High Interval Intensity Training. It is one of the most effective exercise to strengthen our feet muscle and it makes our feet thinner. Dues to its high interval training, people usually do HIIT 2-3 times a week.

2. Cardio
The next thing we can do to make our feet thinner is to do cardio. We can do cardio exercises, like running, jumping rope, cycling, and swimming. Doing cardio can make our feet thinner because cardio maximize our body's metabolism.

3. Strength Training
Strength training has been believed as one of the most effective exercises to burn calories in our body. Strength exercise can increase our muscle mass, strengthen our joints, and lowering our weights.
