I think the statement "You are that what you eat" has some truth and falsity.Basicly when we eat lots of fast-food we are getting bigger weight and we are leading unhealthy lifestyle.But when we will start joking or something like that we can burn calories.The other side of the medal is that we can have for example potassium deficiency or something like that by not-eating vegetables.Remember that when you eat more healthy dishes you are just getting feel much better.
