Cook the rice in a pot with three cups of water, cinnamon, cloves, raisins (optional), orange peel over medium heat until the rice is cooked and the water evaporates.
Remove the cinnamon peel
Add the condensed milk, the evaporated milk and simmer until the rice is at its point. Then add the vanilla, mix and cook for five more minutes.

1 piece of peel (skin) of orange or lemon

50 grams of raisins (optional)
