Here is another chance to see the classic science fiction film.

In another galaxy, the evil Empire controls nearly everybody - except the “Rebels”.

The story begins when the rebel Princess Leia ( Carnie Fisher ) finds plans for the ‘Death Star’, a terrible weapon. She hides the plans in a robot. R2-D2, with the message: ‘Help me, Obi-Wan Kenobi. You’re my only hope.’ R2-D2 escapes to the planet Tattooine with another robot, C-3PO.

The hero, Luke Skywalker ( Mark Harnill), lives on Tattooine on his uncle’s farm. He often dreams of a more exciting life.

One day he finds R2-D2 and reads the message from Princess Leia. He goes to Obi-Wan Kenobi ( Alec Guiness ) and the fight against the Empire begins.

There is rarely a boring moment in the film. It is sometimes very funny – the two robots usually argue about everything! Darth Vader is a memorable villain – we never see his face behind the black mask. And, of course, the special effects are always brilliant.
