Dear John,

 

how are you today? I hope that you are as excited as me about your visit. I am really looking forward to see you soon and show you all the amazing places in my country.

 

I have decided to make a plan for your visit. I want to share with you some points from our program. During the first week, we are going to visit the capital of Poland-Warsaw. My aunt lives there, so we are going to stay in her house. I am sure you will love the old town of Warsaw, the place of Polish pride during the history. The second week we are going to spend at the seaside. I decided to take you to the Baltic Sea and have a cruise from Gdynia to Hel. How does it sound? Do you have any other suggestions? Is there something you really want to see? I am open to your ideas.

 

The big days is coming soon. According to our last conversation on Skype, I am going to meet you at the airport in Warsaw. I am sure you will recognize me as you already have my picture. In case there are many people, there is no need to worry at all. I am going to prepare a big poster: "John, welcome to Poland" so certainly we will not get lost.

 

I am looking forward to your visit. In fact, I am counting days to see you. We are going to have a lot of fun John.
