Our new cycling course starts next week. This is a great
course for teenagers and adults who can ride a bike but need
some practice before going out onto the roads.
You
have to have a bike to do the course! We have some
bikes for you to borrow here at the cycling centre. However,
to bring your own helmet to prevent injury.
The course begins at 9 am on Monday. We will spend
the morning here at the centre for you to your
technique. After a short break for lunch, we will go out onto
the roads in the afternoon. Please remember that the roads
are often busy and you listen to the instructor and
follow his/her instructions at all times.
