Help me to make english debate about "Student Cannot Bring A Mobile Phone To School" make it 6 paragraph and i need it faster

Why student cant bring phone to school because if the student secretly playing their phone under the table and the teacher didn't notice it then maybe when their an exam they will cheat just by using their phone.Besides cheating on exam maybe they will also lost their phone then they will blame the school and ask for a compensation if not maybe they will sued the school.including primary students bring their phone and lost them it's like the teacher will not face the student but they will faced they're parents and the parents will got so mad and you maybe just maybe they're will say to the other parents about the bad things in school like the school have no responsible and discipline.The more they told the other parents this school will known as you the bad school or anything but if the students will cooperate with the school nothing this would happen and maybe they can bring their phone but must be their own risk not school.Maybe you're all will say that what if the other students want to contact their parents that its time to go home or if they were sick they can contact them but that no need because in every school has a phone call so they don't need the gadget.If the student don't want to be in a trouble so you all must cooperate with the teacher and the school rule then no problem at all or may just maybe some of you is arrogant i don't named it and you wanna show of your gadget,that is what i think maybe some of you will disagree and agree with my opinion thank you for listening.
