1st challenge: performing an front of your schoolmates

1. This challenge is difficult becuase it makes you feel anxious.

2. Before the challenge I would feel very nervous and worry that I will forget something. During the challenge I would feel better, because I would be in the moment and focus on what I'm presenting. After the challenge, if I did well, I would be proud of myself. If not, I would just have to wait another time to impress my classmates.

2nd challenge: taking an important exam

1. Like the first one, I would be anxious, but not for the same reason. I would just worry that a question that I didn't study for would show up.

2. Before the exam, I would probably feel that I missed some topic that will be on the test. During the test, I would feel a little bit overwhelmed. After the test I would probably feel like a weight rolled off my head.
