hej potrzebuje na dziś przepisu na sałatkę śledziową po angielsku tylko proszę nie korzystajcie ze słownika w internecie :D

ps. może też być inna sałatka :)

Ingredients:
50 g of herring matjasów
70 g of potato + ¾ tbsp salt
30 grams of pickled cucumbers
1 onion (8 grams)
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard
sugar, black pepper powder to taste

Matjasy wash and soaked in cold water for about 4 hours. changing the watertwice. Brush wash potatoes and cook in their skins in water with ¾ tablespoons ofsalt. Peel onions and cut into small cubes.
Peel cucumbers and slurry on a grater with large holes.
Matjasy soaked surrounds of the water and dry on paper towel.
Cut into cubes. Once cooled, peel the potatoes, peel and cut into small slices. Mixall the ingredients ready.
Combine mayonnaise with mustard and add to salad. Dosmakowujemy bit of sugar, pepper and possibly salt. Let stand in cool place for 2 hours. before serving.
