Panteon było to miejsce poświęcone wszystkim bogom, jest to okrągłą świątynią , aktualnie użytkowana jako kościół. Jest jedną z najwspanialszych i najlepiej zachowanych budowli z czasów starożytnego Rzymu.
Koloseum natomiast bylo poświęcone dla walki gladiatorów lub polowań na dzikie zwierzęta. Obiekt został ogłoszony jednym z siedmiu nowych cudów świata.
