i am in thailand on an adventure holiday. It's beatyful here, but i am having a terrible time. The weather is very hot and I've burnt mu nose in the sun. And this morning I broke a glass bottle and I've got a big wound on my hand. Last week one of the girls in our group fell while we were climbing a mountain. She has sprained her arm and now she is gone back to the UK. I've never sprain my arm but I can imagine how much it hurts. I fell very sorry for her.
