I am writing to report a fault with the new Digital Camera Sony CyberShot that I recently bought from your website on 2nd February.
I have got few problems with this Camera. When I do photos, pictures are only black and white. I have to wait few minutes to do next photo. I can't also switch it off. When I want turn it off I have to get out batteries.
I am returting the digital Camera to you with this letter together with the receipt. I would be grateful if you could reapair the fault as soon as possible, but if you can't, could you please send me a new Camera?
