Our company was founded fifteen years ago, and we manufacture and supply clothing to large organizations such as the police, hospitals, and so on. We always spend a long time talking to the customers to find out their needs. At the moment we are producing an order for 18,000 shirts for the police. The next order is for a local electronics factory, and our head designer  is having discussions with them to find out what sort of clothes they require,

General activities: manufacture, supply, spend

Current project: are producing, is having (W tym znaczeniu nie chodzi o posiadanie, można więc użyć "to have" w Present Continuous, w znaczeniu "przeprowadza dyskusje"(obecnie, w sprawie tego projektu), require(wymagać), zdanie w znaczeniu "(...)jakiego rodzaju ubrań wymagają/potrzebują", stąd Present Simple, gdyż podobnie jak przykładowo, czasownik "to need", jest on z grupy czasowników których w Present Continuous nie używamy(czasownik emocji/potrzeby).
