Las células musculares( Miofibrillas) realizan la respiración anaerobia( fermentación láctica) cuando en el organismo hay una demanda temporaria de O2, de esta manera al realizar ejerccios físicos violentos o bruscos el O2 no llega en concentraciones suficientes de tal modo que oxidan la glucosa por vía anaeobia produciendo ácido láctico que se acumula en las miofibrillas y que produce la contracción involuntaria de las fibras musculares o CALAMBRES. Luego de un proceso de descanso y después de haber recuperado el estado de Fatiga muscular, el ácido láctico es reoxidado siguiendo la vía degradativa aerobia. Saludos
