Presente progresivo: They are studying English.
                                  Are they studying English?
                                  She is cleaning the table.
                                  Is she cleaning the table?
Presente simple: They study English.
                            Do they study english?  
                            She cleans the table.
                            Does she cleans the table?

Presente perfecto: They have studied English
                              Have they studied English?
                              She has cleaned the table
                              Has she cleaned the table?
Presente perfecto progresivo: Es lo mismo que lo del presente perfecto pero se le agrega el "have been" o "Has been" y el verbo no es con ed, es con ing, cleaning, studying
La diferencia es que se pregunta "Has she been cleaning the table?" siempre el been después del sujeto.

She will clean the table.
They will study English

She is going to clean the table.
They are going to study english
