Karena yang yg C ngaco ga mungkin sudah is pakai have. Yg B kan economics itu singular kok pakai have untuk plural. Kalau D bisa saja, tapi ga cocok, karena original statement nya kan "economics is" jadi lebih cocok ke has been.
