They can study.

They have to go to school.

They haven't to have a private teacher.

They can't work long hours.

 

Zad.4.

In picture a) students can't eat and drink and use mobiles.

In picture a) students have to listen to the teacher and wear uniforms. 

In picture b) students can use mobiles, bring animals to class, eat and drink, sit on their desk and wear fashuionable clothes.

In picture b) students haven't to  listen to the teacher, wear uniforms.
