DWA WYBRANE I PO 3 ROZWIĄZANIA THINK & SHARE Work in pairs. Choose one of the obstacles below. Think of three things that a person could do to overcome the situation. Use the advice in Ex 6 and your own ideas.
You're stressed because you feel you haven't got time to deal with everything:
1. Try to list everything that you have to do and try to set priorities, the task with least significance can be completed last or stay uncompleted until you have time.
2. Try asking your friends, parents, teachers or someone close to you for help. Surely there will be someone ready to help you or at least offer you solution to your problem.
3. Take a deep breath and calm yourself, then you'll be able to think clearly and come up with more reasonable solution.
Your parents disagree with your plans for the future:
1. If you're close to your parents they probably have good intentions and try to keep you safe. Try to look at your plan from their perspective and think again if this plan is realistic or really fits you.
2. Try asking other people their opinion. Maybe your plan is unrealistic or dangerous and you don't see it. Getting opinions of others might help you see from another point of view.
3. If you're really sure about it and others (except your parents) feel the same way don't be too much discouraged by your parents' opinions. They don't have to be happy about your plans, this is your future, which means you get the final say.
