1 If computers became more intelligent than humans, our life could change beyond recognition. It's even hard to guess what could happen then however the enormous progress of technology and science may lead to this situation in the future. When it happens I suppose that computers will be able to replace a man in any kind of work on the Earth and they'll even do it much better.
2 If everybody lived past the age of 100, there would be definitely too many people on our planet. The Earth would be overcrowded and it could largely change all people's lives. Such a situation seems to be very weird just as you think about it. I suppose that the number of human beings on the world would triple comparing to the current quantity if all people instead of dying in their seventies or eighties lived for over 100 years.
3 If computers games started to look and feel exactly the same as real life, we couldn't distinguish our life from a game. Then, from my point of view our lives would turn into computer games and games would be a real life. In short, these two worlds would completely mix up. It's a very bold and futuristic vision but who knows, maybe it'll come true in the future.
