Do you think that water can spread disease ? can u explain how this happens

Yes it can
the term of it is "waterborne disease"

because people use water on their daily life, they drink, take a bath, cook, etc with that (especially those people who still use well)
so if there will be a virus/disease inside the water, it can enter their body or at least damage their skin :)
