In the picture I can see Eiffla Tower.The sky is blue and there isn't much clouds. In the background I can see people, but I don't know what are they doing, because they are too far.The tower was build in 1889. The constructor name of tower Eiffla were Maurice Koechlin and Emile Nouguier. They were architects of Gusta Eiffla office.In some article I read that one crook sold Eiffla Tower for more than one pearson. These peolpe who bought tower were tradesmans of scrap. They were bankrupt after these accident. But crook also pay the punishment, he stay in prison for many years.
