Waiter: Good morning, how can I help you today? 
Customer: I'd like a table for one, please. 

Waiter: Right this way. Here you are. 
Customer: Thank you. Can I have a menu? 

Waiter: Here you are. My name's John and I'm your waiter today. Would you like to hear today's specials? 
Customer: Certainly. 

Waiter: Well, we have apple cinnamon baked doughnuts or banana walnut pancakes with two eggs and choice of meat.
Customer: Doughnuts? Are they recently baked?

Waiter: Yes they are. They were baked in our own kitchen. 
Customer:Alright, I'd like the apple cinnamon baked doughnuts. 

Waiter: Would you like to have something to drink?
Customer: Some coffee, please.

Waiter: Why don't you try our freshly squeezed juices? We have pineapple, watermelon, and orange. 
Customer:Okay, I want some pineapple juice, too. 

Waiter: Very good. Would you still like some coffee?
Customer: Yes, please. 

Waiter: OK. So that's a coffee, apple cinnamon baked doughnuts and a glass of pineapple juice.
Customer:Yes, that's right. 

Waiter: Here is your food. Thank you and enjoy your breakfast.
Customer: Thank you.
