How To Make Bolang Baling (for 15 servings)
INGREDIENTS Dry Matter 300 Grams of Wheat Flour 1/2 Tea spoon of salt Liquid Materials 150 ml of warm water 100 grams of sugar 1/2 tea spoon instant yeast 1 egg cooking oil to taste
Step (90 minutes) Liquid dough:mix yeast , sugar ,and warm water after that, allow it at least 3 minutes,then add the beaten egg off, set aside Dry dough:mix the flour and salt, mix it well pour liquid mixture into the dry batter mix until well blended until smooth, and then knead it for at least 7 minutes. then save the dough for 1 hour with a clean cloth closed divide the dough for at least 30 grams . shape according to taste then fry it in hot oil untl the colors turn to golden . the bolang baling is ready
