Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about a television VIRION N 37 that I recently bought from The Electronics Shop in Kraków on 24th February 2009.

I want to express my strong dissatisfaction with this gadget. I cannot switch it on for 5 minute, later I must open cover and press a red button.
When I can see a picture it is black and white. Sound does not work too. Instructions is not complete so I cannot stabilize the colour.
I try many way that it good operate, but it is impossible.

I am returning the television to you with this letter. I would be gratefull if you could repair the fault. If this is not possible could you please send me a new one?

I want to express my deep dissatisfaction with this gadget. I can not turn it on for 5 minutes, then I open the lid and press the red button.
When I see the picture is black and white. Sound does not work too. Instruction is not complete, so I can not stabilize the color.
I checked this in many ways, they work well, but this is impossible.

I request to you to fix my problem .. I would be grateful if you could fix a bug. If this is not possible please send me the new hardware.
