There are many features of character that teachers should have. In my opinion the most important is patience.  A person such as teacher should always find time to help or to explain something to pupils. Beside it, the teacher should be appropriate educated and have some experience. The last but not the least important feature is sense of humor. I think that if someone work with youth people should can laught, of course from time to time.
