I'm writing to maitre d'hotel from The Rosebowl Restaurant. I'm really dissapointed with your service. First, I order a soup. To eat it I got a fork. I turned it into a joke and I took over this but.. when a waiter brought me a soup it was cold! I was waiting exactly 17 minutes to heat it, that was an absurd! Secoundly I thought that I can give you one more chance, but I was disspointed again... My pasta was too spicy, and I had to ordered 3 glass of water to eat that. After I got a bill i was so surprised how much I must pay fot this tasteless diner! 3 glass of water for 27$?! I hope that you will improve your service and food because for me it was too much bad experiences and I will never arrive there again.
