Está en el orden respectivo que piden, en el caso del que estoy facilitando. Misma estructura para cada uno de los verbos que piden, sólo que debes pasar el verbo a tiempo past participle (pasado participio). En los caso que te dan sería: Walk = Walked; Eat = Eaten; Sleep = Slept; Write = Written.
Acoto que el present perfect simple en español equivaldría a decir "He jugado/ No he jugado/ ¿Has jugado?".
