were you given it - wydaje mi się, że past simple, bo potem mamy informację o czasie wykonania czynności "about a week ago".
are always given - ponieważ używamy przysłówka częstotliwości, a te, jak zapewne wiesz są łączone z present simple
were you sent  - ponieważ podany jest czas wykonania czynności "last night". Wtedy używamy past simple.
have been worn - spodnie były noszone, kiedyś tam w przeszłości, ale ta informacja nie ma znaczenia, nie interesuje nas czy było to wczoraj, czy 2 lata temu. Jeśli nie mamy podanego czasu wykonywania czynności używamy present perfect
